W - Collier silver + Labradorite

Necklace made of 925 sterling silver. From the necklace hangs a faceted Labradorite, covered with silver gilded. Labradorite is a strong protective and spiritual stone. It protects its own energy field (aura) against negative influences from the environment.

Sterling silver is a white, highly reflective precious metal composed of 92,5% pure silver and 7,5% alloy, usally copper. Copper provides the silver with sufficient hardness and wearing qualities, as pure silver is sometimes considered too soft to be used and worn every day. Our silver jewelry is nickel free.

Gilding is the covering of an object with a layer of gold. This article is dipped in a gold bath which causes the silver to be completely covered with a layer of gold. Showing a beautiful glossy finish with a layer of real gold which is also called silverplated or goldplated.
